A 6 ft x 9 ft mural commission based on Christopher Ries’ work. The design incorporates the dynamic, angular forms from Ries’ original creations, while expressing the energy and implied motion of the sculptural work on what will be a textured but essentially flat surface. Rendering the design as a glass mosaic allows additional exploration of the refraction of light and the resulting combinations of colors evident in the work that inspires our design.
